For Frontline Workers & Their Families

You Don't Have to Walk This Road Alone.

The Broken Path is a community built by frontline workers, for frontline workers. Offering connection, support, and shared lived experience for those navigating PTSD and mental health challenges.

For Frontline Workers & Their Families

The People Who Protect Us Are Often the Least Protected.

Our frontline workers face unimaginable trauma daily to keep our communities safe. But when the uniform comes off, the weight of those experiences often remains. The Broken Path provides a safe, stigma-free space for police, firefighters, nurses, and their families to heal, connect, and find strength in shared experiences.

What We Do

Three Ways We Walk With You

We know that recovery isn’t a straight line. That’s why our approach is built on lived experience, practical support, and genuine connection. Here is how we help our frontline families take small steps to progress.

Community Gatherings

Hosting relaxed BBQs and family-friendly events where frontline workers can share a meal and bond without the pressure of a clinical setting.

Peer Support

Offering guidance and a listening ear from founders and speakers who have personally navigated PTSD and trauma on the frontline.

Raising Awareness

Advocating for better mental health visibility and breaking the stigma surrounding anxiety and trauma in essential service roles.

Helping Families

When One Person Serves, The Whole Family

PTSD and mental health struggles don’t just affect the individual in uniform; they ripple out to spouses, children, and loved ones. The Broken Path is dedicated to wrapping support around the entire family unit, providing a network of understanding people who know exactly what you are going through.
